Introduction

1. This Privacy Policy can be accessed by going to
the website url directly as displayed on the App's Google Play Store entry by clicking on Privacy Policy
or by pressing the Help button
on the initial display page of the App and selecting Settings then Privacy Policy. This facility will be available
soon on the next release v1.0.24 of the App.

1. All permissions below (see 1a and 1b) are required to enable the App to perform as described in the App
Help website, accessed by pressing the Help button on the initial display page of the
App and selecting Help.
1a. The Device ID & call information Permissions were not requested by the App Developer. They are
not used in any way by the App Developer or anyone else.

1. All information entered or collected by the user using this App is stored only on their own
device. It is not collected or shared in any way by the App developer.
1b. The user if they wish can upload the results of their perfomance in the game to be displayed
on a table to compare their efforts with others.
None of this information is used by the developer other than displaying it on the performance table
for all users to see and assess their performance compared to others.
2. The App and Help Website both use Google code for Google analytics and Google ads
to provide the App Developer with impersonal App and Website performance data.

3. We, the App Developer, do not generate or use any Cookies of our own
